Sorry about my Doug Dodson jeapordy question. I'm just so curious about his voice since it sounds different on the podcast compared to his jeapordy appearance. His voice on the podcast is a lot higher than on jeopardy.

I'm not on Doug Dodson's twitter. I've posted a few times here before under Geddy Lee. I once made a comment asking Oliver to provide the singers names when he used to do Olivers Corner playing clips of singers but not providing the singers names. I think Oliver got upset with me. It was very un-Geddy Lee like of me to upset someone so I felt like I needed to give up the Geddy username.

Loved the Ballo excerpt. It makes me wish that Price, Verrett, and Grist had recorded the Rosenkavalier trio. I remember long ago looking through the booklet that came with the Bernstein Rosenkavalier recording, Grist was Sophie in the stage production that was subsequently recorded (although Lucia Popp did the recording itself). Price started singing Ariadne about that time, too. And Verrett could sing anything, so it would have been a dream team.
